Ingredients:
185 grams of margarine
185 grams of white sugar
2 tablespoons of milk
2 big eggs
185 grams of autofermentant sifted flour
1 teaspoon of yeast
1 sachet of vanilla sugar powder
For the decoration:
200 grams white fondant vibes
3 tablespoons of jam
Diferent colors of markers icing
Mold for the cupcakes
Mold of paper fort the cupcakes
A mixer
The preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 175 degrees. Put the paper molds for the cupcakes into the molds.
2. Bat the margarine, the sugar and the milk.
3. Bat teh eggs until foam. Put the eggs into the mixture og margarine, sugar and milk and bat it. Put the flour, the yeast and the vanilla sugar and keep bating.
4. Put the mixture into the molds of cupcakes and put it into the oven twenty minutes.
5. When the cupcakes are cold put the fondant over the cupcake.
6. Put jam over the cupcakes for decoring it and paint it with the icing markers.
