Should teachers wear a uniform or have a dress code?

In many expensive schools and in schools in other countries, the teachers wear uniforms and elegant clothes. Also the children wear uniforms.

When I was little I dreamed on wearing on elegant uniform like in a lot of movies that I've seen. But I never hada a uniform. So I think that pupils and the teachers should wear a uniform, because there are a lot of studies that prove this type of clothes.

Secondly, the fact of wearing the same clothes improves your achademic results. I believe that if everybody dresses like you, it makes you feel more comfortable with yourself. Because nobody will spelling you for the way you dress.

In conclusion, wearing a uniform on school is fine improves your results and makes you feel good.
