Happiness vs. Career Success?

Old definition of Career Success: The amount of money that you make and on fewer cases: Work hard increase the results, and this make you happy.

The upload definition: A virtuos spiral between Work hard, Get results and be happy.

The principal upload is the idea that your happiness have influence on your work. If you like your job your bosses will like you, then, them may motivate you, and if you get motivated you can do whatever you want (Adolf Hitler is an example. He was a terrible person, but his motivation and anger surrounded all the world, also it killed millions people).

If you could make your bosses happy, they'll pay you more. So, if you go to work on a good mood you'll have a lovely jacuzzi on your home! Or maybe a relaxing holidays on Hawaii...

Happiness is not fighting with your career success, they help each other.
