This type of battery called "nanodots" uses nano-technology (very very very very little, like 1 mm divided in 1.000.000 parts) to be more efficiently. That "nanodots" are new peptide molecules that help the battery absorb and retain energy. You could buy "nanodots" on 2016 for the modest price of $100-$150 and also you can use the same battery to charge electric car batteries in a matter of minutes.

Personal opinion: What an amazing discovery! I love the innovation and the enhancing of the daily life, but this modernization is inflating the cultural differences between the first world and the third one. Well, we are in looking into ways to earn money creating different types of products (brushes, computers, flying cars, nanodots...) when other people are dying because of hunger and thirst. Loads of poblation in Africa and Asia are illiterate because they couldn't go to school, maybe 'cause they live so far and they had not a bicycle. So, this "rich" first world should boost the second and the third ones as well, solidarity isn't donate 100 euros when Japan have an earthquake or lend a helping hand to Bombay children. Solidarity is share what you need as much is it possible. Think it twice before buy the new Iphone and invest that money in NGO or other non-profit associations.
