The cold help lose weight

News: Researchers of the University of California proved that the cold could help us los weight, because of the increase of the protein's levels that burns energy and keeps us warm and thiner. There are two kinds of fat, the brown one and the white fat. The brown fat help us to lose weight and dominate on the cold places.

Personal opinion: It is said that thinner is more pretty. Our society is changing constantly the rules and styles and for looking good and being accepted all of us must follow it and change too. I not agree with that because being like the crowd doesn't help you, only make your behaviour and appearance worse. Suffer for being thinner is nonsense, if you want to be thinner and good-looking do sport and eat healthy.
