Research Shows You Should Plan Your Goals In Days Instead Of Years

News: A newly-made research by Daphna Oyserman and her team have proved that the way to make goals happen involves starting to talk about "present you" and no "future you." The participants of this study were more likely to begin to study for a test or plan a party if the deadline was presented in days, not months. If you plan goals in days or even minutes you'll keep your head focused in present and make the final result to seem more urgent.

Personal opinion: A study isn't necessary to prove we start acting if the deadline is early. I just begin to study for an exam two days before, or I do homework the day before. We tend to relax if we see goals far away althoght time never stops running down, seems it rush only for bother you. New Year resolutions never works, and that's a fact, and that's because you'll have a year to accomplish it. Delete New Year resolutions and create New Day purposes.

So, start planning your life in days or even weeks, live present intead of thinking about future.
