Summary: HOW DO YOU COULD JUDGE A MAN? By his unbeliable body? His deepy voice or his sneekers? Of course not, don't be frivolous. The theories like "If he doesn't have a sister, he won't know what it means to respect a woman" or "If he's in finance, he won't know how to commit" are now outdated, so leave it to your grandmas. However, there's one trait that will always hold true for the man who possesses it. This character can't be bought or made, it forms part of his soul, not just his identity. It's something that can only be found on bookshelves and be heard in conversations and by the way he talks. It's a man who loves books and he is:
1- He's well-traveled around all the made-up worlds, he's lived as a refugee and as a prince, but the most important fact is that he's met women who have taught him about love.
2- He's never going to stop in the middle, he understands the meaning of finishing something he started.
3- He knows how to use his mind, he has ideas. He's thirsty, and that thirst for life is what makes him so captivating.
4- He knows about women, he have a deeper understanding of our complex inner-workings.
5- He has a natural curiosity and this will teach you about your own.
6- He doesn't judge by first glance, by first impressions.
7- He knows how to read between the lines, so he's going to find out all your false excuses! (Don't worry you'll create a better ones ;))
8- He has a spine, he has morals and values and always, he has the last word. (Don't get stressed with him, keep calm, he's a little stubborn)
9- He knows how to understand a classic (women).
10- He doesn't mind things that are used, he knows that a partner's history is also our history and that makes us how we are.
11- He knows how to pick'em, he doesn't go for the first thing that catches his eye.
Personal opinion: I love reading a good book, reading has always been an important part of my life and my person, and I appreciate this in my boy. For sure, my boy must love books at least a litlle less than I do. This quality will make him clever, more mature and a bit funnier. A relationship it's based by the intellect, not by the physique or the money. Boys, now for dating cute girls you'll have to read a bit more!
So, next time you go out with a guy, before you find out if he likes to ski or drink, find out if he likes to read. BECAUSE IF HE LIKES TO READ, NOTHING ELSE MATTERS.
